What began as a passion for helping lifters move with purpose and confidence evolved into a coaching company centered around redefining strength for every athlete — from beginners to seasoned competitors. MC Strength exists to challenge outdated ideas of what strength “should” look like and to create a space where everyone can define it for themselves. Led by a strength coach with experience working with both competitive powerlifters, collegiate athletes, and everyday athletes, MC Strength’s programming is grounded in exercise science, practical coaching experience, and a commitment to ongoing education in strength and performance.

Online Programming & Coaching

This service is designed for lifters who want a fully guided, personalized coaching experience. It includes a comprehensive movement and needs assessment, individualized programming built around your goals, weekly video review and technique feedback, and open communication and support between coach and lifter. This service is ideal for those who want a coach in their corner every step of the way — ensuring progress, confidence, and clarity in training.

12-Week Programming

This service is for lifters who want a professionally designed program but prefer a more independent approach. You’ll receive a 12-week customized training plan built around your goals, lifting experience, and available equipment — without weekly coaching. This option is perfect for athletes who are confident training solo but want structure, purpose, and results.

In-Person One-on-One Coaching

This service offers hands-on coaching for lifters who want real-time feedback and individualized attention. These sessions help refine technique, reinforce proper movement patterns, and ensure every rep counts. This can be a standalone service or added to any online program for an even more personalized experience. Sessions are held at MC Strength in Warrenton, VA.

Game Day Coaching

This service is for powerlifters who want professional support on meet day. From warm-ups to final attempts, we handle the details so you can focus on execution and performance. We handle the logistics — you bring the focus, the strength, and the confidence to perform your best.

60-Minute Consultation

This service is for lifters seeking clarity or direction before committing to a full program. This one-time session helps you identify goals, address barriers, and create a clear path forward in your training. This session gives you insight, confidence, and a clear direction — no guesswork, just progress.
